1. Subject of Data Protection
The object of data protection is personal data. This refers to any information concerning the personal or material circumstances of an identified or identifiable individual. This includes information such as name, address, e‐mail address but also user data such as the IP-address of a computer.

2. Automatic Anonymous Data Collection, Processing, and Use
We automatically collect, process, and use non-personal information submitted to us by your browser. This information consists of: 

  • browser type/version,
  • operating system,
  • referring URL (source of link),
  • the time of the server request

Data collection, processing or use personal data will only occur if you voluntarily provide your personal data. This may be necessary in the following cases:

We collect and process your personal data to the extent necessary, insofar as you make the data available to us in general or contract-related inquiries or other individual transactions. We use the data that you have provided to fulfil our contractual obligations to you and process the contracts concluded between you and us. It may be necessary to disclose your personal data to companies that we engage to render the service or to execute the contract. These are, for example, transport companies or other service solutions.

(2) Disclosure to State Institutions or Authorities
Disclosure to state institutions and authorities entitled to receive such information is only carried out in accordance with statutory requirements pertaining to disclosure or where we are obliged to provide information in accordance with a judicial ruling.


(3) Newsletter
If you sign up to receive one of the newsletters we offer, we use the data you provide upon logging in to verify the e-mail address provided as well as to deliver the requested newsletter.


(4) Links to Other Sites
If we provide links to third-party websites, such as social media platforms and external sites,  we are not responsible for the collection, processing, and use of personal data by the respective platform or webpage operators and has no influence over their data protection policies.


5. Promotion of Mutual Understanding and Collaboration, Public Relations, Need-Based Tailoring of Telemedia

To the extent permitted by law, we may create use profiles for the purposes of promoting mutual understanding and collaboration, public relations, or for the need-based tailoring of telemedia as long as pseudonyms are used. Usage profiles are not combined with data about the bearer of the pseudonym. You have the right to object to the use of data for advertising, market research, or for the need-based tailoring of telemedia.


This website uses Piwik for web analysis. For this, “cookies,” text files, generated user information (including your partial IP-address) are anonymized prior to being transferred to the server and saved for purposes of data analysis. The information about your use of the site generated by the cookie will not be transmitted to third party websites.


If you do not agree to the storage and analysis of the user information generated through Piwik, you can subsequently opt-out of this. In this case, your browser will create a so-called opt-out cookie, which will prevent Piwik from collecting any session data.


Attention: If you delete your cookies, this will also delete the opt-out cookie and you will have to reactivate it.
