First point of contact, along with the reception colleagues, the executive secretary helps visitors to get to their destination at DFK Paris. Applying the instructions of the directory, she assumes some of DFK Paris intern and extern correspondences, she sees for the Director's appointments, coordinates the DFK agenda and the use of the institute's rooms, she arranges the logistic aspects of the events, in direct contact with the DFK Paris team.
