The publications of the series Passages and Passerelles support the dissemination and translation of research in German and French by publishing the academic work of researchers working at the institute, as well as essays and monographs by international art historians. They thus contribute to the transfer of scientific and cultural knowledge. The duties of the research infrastructure include planning the content of publications jointly with authors, handling the editing of manuscripts, and coordinating the page layout, typesetting, and printing processes. The aim is to fulfill the DFK Paris’s mission to publish outstanding contributions and pioneering avenues of thought for international research.
