Since 2014 the DFK Paris has been conducting its own research on the application of digital methods, data modeling and the usability of data offerings. To this end, prototypes are designed and implemented. Not all prototypes are subsequently taken up and followed up.

Research on the use of digital methods, data modeling, and other research questions in digital humanities and digital art history are also supported. They are primarily carried out in the context of qualification work.
